Another recycled t-shirt
skirt/dress. I put a waist
band at the top made of a
satiny star fabric. The waist
opens to 37" and closes with
a drawstring. This
drawstring also acts as
straps for the dress which
tie then go around the neck
and tie. You can also tuck
the string in for a strapless
dress.
