The two pleats are made of a
gorgeous red velvet and the
beautiful brocade material has
dragons on it.  For the lotus flower I
alternated sides of the fabric for
each petal, giving it some contrast of
color.  The bodice measures 27"
from loop to loop and 7" from top to
bottom making it 24" total length.
